Please use the portrait price list for a full costing of your portrait, please also take note of the delivery times, usually at busy periods like Christmas please expect slightly longer waiting periods.
When we receive an order we confirm it via a preferred method of contact which we ask for we will confirm your expected waiting time.
If for any reason you need a portrait quicker than our usual waiting times please use one of our contact methods and request this we will then see if we can oblige this is normally acceptable.
Refunds are made in the same way payment was made e.g. A cheque payment will be refunded with a cheque.
